Songs for Ruby

A series of framed prints for my god-daughter’s first birthday // 2013

Ruby’s name has been immortalised in so many songs that choosing the lyrics was difficult. Naturally The Rolling Stones had to feature. Kaiser Chiefs had to take a spot, mainly because I can't wait to fast forward 20 years when everyone will be yelling/singing that song at her 21st. Then finally the Ray Charles song, as Ruby's mum has a soft spot for him, and his lyrics are like a dream.
